📌 Key Condition for All Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and factory seal intact. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage during transit.

✅Only unopened, factory-sealed products are eligible for return.
❌Once the product seal is broken or packaging is opened, it cannot be returned.
📅Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp.
🚚 Delivery Charges & Refunds
🆓For orders with free delivery: if a return is accepted, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
💰For orders where delivery charges were paid: delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
🏦If a cashback/refund is approved, only the product cost will be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted.
📦 Damaged or Tampered Product at Delivery
🔍Check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting. Inspect for any damage, broken seal, or tampering.
🤝If damage is found, the delivery person must confirm it at the time of handover.
🔄In such cases, you are eligible for either a product replacement or a full cashback — whichever you prefer.
⚠️Damage claims raised after accepting the delivery without reporting to the delivery person may not be accepted.
💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)
🏠Products marked COD Available can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
💳Products marked COD Not Available require full payment before shipping. Your order will be processed only after payment is confirmed.
